What the Sindh record shows
The search returns the owner's name, the make, model and year, the chassis and engine numbers, registration date and the motor vehicle tax paid up to. As in Punjab, the chassis number is the thing to match against the car itself before buying.
Motor vehicle tax in Sindh
Sindh charges an annual motor vehicle tax by engine capacity, payable online through the Excise portal and banking apps once the registration number is entered. Arrears block a transfer, so a seller's unpaid years become the buyer's problem unless cleared first.
